DPE - DST8000 Pro Computerized Stair Trainer | Gait Rehabilitation with Progress Tracking
Smart Stair Trainer
The DST8000 Pro is a computerized adjustable staircase for clinical gait rehabilitation, combining DPE Medical's electronic stair-training hardware with the integrated Pro tracking system. Therapists adjust stair height via single-button controls, supporting neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric stair-rehab protocols.
The Pro system monitors and records patient performance across past and current sessions, capturing treatment dates, stair height, and ascent/descent timings. Each session generates a Personal Progress Chart with one-click charting and email export for clinicians, physicians, patients, and insurers. The system also calculates the DST Factor, a composite metric summarizing each patient's current status and projected improvement potential.
Features
Computerized Stair-Training
The Computerized DST is the first system to monitor and document stair-training, automatically tracking patient performance and generating an objective Personal Progress Chart across every session.
Benefits and Advantages
The DST8000 Pro records every session — treatment dates, stair height, and ascent/descent timing — and generates one-click progress charts with email export, giving physiotherapists, physicians, patients, and insurers clear, objective documentation of stair use and gait capability. Each patient's DST Factor distills current status and improvement potential into a single composite metric.
