DPE - DST Triple Sense Gait Analysis System | Pressure Mapping for Stairs, Slope & Walking
Triple Gait Analyzer
The DST Triple Sense is a gait analysis system combining three rehabilitation modalities — flat-surface walking on 3-meter parallel bars, a height-adjustable staircase, and an angle-adjustable slope — within a single force-plate platform with pressure-mapping technology. It supports neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric rehab diagnosis and research.
Captured metrics include right/left and anterior/posterior force distribution, center of pressure, foot angle, step length and time, stair height/time, slope degree/time, and 3-meter walk time. A built-in Romberg Test logs sway area, sway velocity, and CoP displacement. Real-time visual and auditory biofeedback uses adjustable asymmetry thresholds, and raw pressure-matrix data exports for research.
Features
Analyzed Data Includes
- Right/left force distribution
- Anterior/posterior force distribution
- Center of Pressure
- Feet angle
- Step length
- Step time
- Stair usage — height and time
- Slope usage — degree and time
- Parallel bars — 3-meter walk-time
Biofeedback
The DST Triple Sense provides real-time visual and auditory biofeedback across stairs, slope, and parallel bars, letting clinicians target specific movement patterns and set custom asymmetry thresholds — patients hear a positive cue when performing within range and lose it when they deviate, keeping them motivated and self-correcting.
Romberg Test
The DST Triple Sense enhances the Romberg balance assessment with pressure-mapping precision, capturing sway area, sway velocity, and right/left and anterior/posterior CoP movement range to detect stability changes early and reveal compensation patterns.
Available in seven languages
English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech — the system generates per-session treatment reports and longitudinal progress tracking for rehab workflows.
Diagnosis
The DST Triple Sense closes the gap between clinic and lab with evidence-based gait analysis across parallel bars, stairs, and slope — measuring weight distribution, step length and time, center of pressure, and foot loading to pinpoint impairment, build treatment plans, track progress, and flag fall risk, while strengthening insurer justification and reducing rehab cost and duration.
Research
The DST Triple Sense is the only system combining parallel bars, stairs, and slope with force-plate pressure mapping — capturing weight distribution, step length and time, center of pressure, and foot loading to pinpoint impairment, build treatment plans, track progress, and flag fall risk. It also unlocks research into stair-fall thresholds (responsible for 51% of elderly fall-related TBIs, 70% of home falls, and 10% of fatal fall accidents), movement-pattern correlations, and biofeedback-driven exercise comparisons.
