The Flexabed Hi-Low SL is a height adjustable bed engineered for home healthcare and assisted living environments. Featuring vertical lift capability, this hi-low adjustable bed raises and lowers at the touch of a button, allowing safer transfers and ergonomic caregiver access. Independent head and foot articulation provide customizable positioning for seated support, recovery, or pressure relief.
Designed as a hospital bed alternative for home use, the Flexabed Hi-Low SL is available in multiple sizes and can be paired with compatible Premier or Value-Flex models for split configurations. The adjustable height frame supports easier entry and exit while maintaining residential mattress dimensions, combining clinical functionality with full adjustable bed performance.

Hi-Low Adjustable Strength & Stability
Reinforced steel frame supports up to 400 lbs (single occupant) and 700 lbs (dual occupants, no individual over 400 lbs). Built with a 2-inch high-density padded foundation base and equipped with locking casters or stationary leg pads for long-term durability and reliable daily performance.
Custom Comfort & Premium Mattress
Includes a Premier mattress with selectable mattress constructions, plus a mattress retainer bar cover for secure positioning. Compatible with Flexabed Premier or Value-Flex for couples. Smooth high/low height adjustability delivers ergonomic support and personalized comfort every night.
Flexible Control Options
Choose between a one-touch wireless or wired remote for effortless adjustments. Factory-installed mounting plates allow for optional side rail installation, and every Hi-Low SL includes a Lifetime Limited Warranty for added peace of mind.
Optional Accessories & Custom Upgrades
Expand your Hi-Low SL with optional upgrades including Voice Activation System, wireless phone charging with USB ports, motion-sensor underbed lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, massage system, side rails and covers (sold separately), lower bed height options, height extensions, and a battery backup system. Mounting plates are included, but side rails must be purchased separately.

A non-skid bottom layer prevents mattress movement on adjustable foundations while providing an additional flame-resistant barrier. Gel-foam models include smooth-top zippered covers designed to maximize proximity to the cooling gel layer for improved temperature regulation. Engineered for compatibility, Premier foundations pair seamlessly with all mattress constructions.
