At Morelli Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
