Infinium - OMNI K Portable Patient Monitor
Advanced Vital Monitoring
The OMNI K Portable Patient Monitor features a 10.5-inch high-resolution touchscreen with an adaptable user interface designed for continuous patient monitoring in clinical environments. The system allows rapid modification of patient information and vital-sign parameters directly on the device, supporting efficient workflow in operating rooms, outpatient facilities, and acute care settings.
Standard monitoring parameters include Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP), 3/5-lead ECG with arrhythmia detection, impedance respiration, SpO₂, and temperature monitoring. The device supports modular, field-upgradeable functionality, allowing activation of advanced measurements such as End-Tidal CO₂ (EtCO₂), anesthetic agent monitoring, cardiac output monitoring, and invasive blood pressure (IBP).
The OMNI K platform is compatible with multi-parameter patient monitoring configurations and can be upgraded on-site without system replacement. Its scalable architecture enables integration of additional monitoring modules while maintaining continuous vital-sign tracking across changing clinical requirements.
Features

Capnography & Anesthetic Agent Module
The Infinium Entide plug-in module measures End-tidal CO₂ (EtCO₂) and can optionally identify anesthetic agents automatically, including N₂O, O₂, Sevoflurane, Isoflurane, Desflurane, Halothane, and Enflurane.
Both mainstream and sidestream configurations are available. The sidestream system operates with a low sampling flow of 50 ml/min, allowing use in both intubated and non-intubated patients. Integrated filter cells in the sample line help reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Cardiac Output & Invasive Blood Pressure
The Omni (K) includes two channels of invasive blood pressure monitoring and thermodilution cardiac output as standard features, supporting advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
The system supports 3-lead, 5-lead, and factory-installed 12-lead ECG configurations. Arrhythmia detection and ST analysis are standard across all lead sets.
Lead configurations include:
3-Lead: I, II, III
5-Lead: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V
12-Lead: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V1–V6

OMNIVIEW Central Station
The Omniview Central Station enables wireless or hard-wired networking of up to 32 Omni patient monitors for centralized patient observation and management.
The system archives complete patient data and vital-sign trends while displaying real-time numeric readings and waveforms for continuous monitoring.
Data can be transferred to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or integrated with hospital information systems (HIS). Real-time parameters include heart rate, last blood pressure reading, SpO₂, temperature, EtCO₂, and respiration rate alongside their corresponding waveforms.
Intuitive
The Infinium Omni (K) patient monitor features a simple, adaptable interface with a 10.5-inch touchscreen for fast adjustments, alarm settings, and up to 72 hours of patient data. Designed for fast-paced environments, it allows quick customization to match changing patient conditions.
Upgradable
The Infinium Omni (K) patient monitor adapts across care settings, offering essential vital sign monitoring with optional plug-in modules for advanced measurements. Its scalable design allows seamless transition from basic monitoring to high-acuity or OR use without changing devices.
Connective
The Omni (K) supports Ethernet and RS-232 connectivity with HL7 compliance for seamless data integration into hospital systems. For non-HL7 facilities, the Omniview™ central station enables real-time monitoring of up to 32 devices with full data archiving and transfer capabilities.
