The 400 Series is a high-intensity LED operating room lighting system engineered for consistent luminance and thermal control in surgical environments. It integrates a capacitive touch-screen interface and wireless remote operation for parameter adjustment, enabling precise control of brightness and positioning. The sealed housing and smooth surfaces support routine disinfection protocols and reduce particulate accumulation, ensuring compliance with clinical hygiene standards.

This system supports modular configurations, including ceiling or wall mounting, single or multi-arm assemblies, and compatibility with optional HD camera modules for imaging integration. Electrical design accommodates battery backup for uninterrupted operation during power fluctuations. The LED array is optimized for uniform light distribution and color rendering, minimizing shadowing across the operative field.

Additional expansion options include auxiliary arms and configurable control interfaces, allowing adaptation to varied operating room layouts. The system is built for continuous duty cycles with low maintenance requirements and straightforward component access for servicing.

Synchronized dual-light control enables consistent operation with 5-step adjustable intensity up to 160,000 lux and a 5-step adjustable light field from 7″ to 11.8″. It maintains high color accuracy (Ra 97 / R9 97) and offers 4-step color temperature settings (3,600K–5,400K), including a one-click endoscopy mode. The system supports a maximum intensity of 160,000 lx, with a light field diameter adjustable from 7.09 to 13.39 inches.

Smart Sensor System

Built-in motion sensors detect surgeon or staff movement, enabling automatic and hands-free adjustment of light intensity.

This improves workflow efficiency while maintaining a sterile environment by minimizing physical interaction with controls.
